Pure or abrasive waterjet technology for maximum application flexibility with metals, composites, plastics and rubber. The electric gantry structure offers the best performance with high accelerations and greater rigidity, offering precise, repeatable cuts when either a 3-axis head or the innovative JD5 5-axis head with infinite rotation is installed.

An XY axis stroke of 1300x1350 mm makes it the ideal solution for cutting specimens for tensile testing, rubber seals, engineered textiles for sports footwear, and prototyping with metal or composite sheets.

Manual nesting using a photograph of the sheet: the photographic sheet acquisition system allows the cutting shapes to be positioned intelligently and precisely to optimize both raw material use when it is already partially processed or has an irregular geometry, and preparation times.

It is available with an anti-reverberation worktable or with a high-performance stainless steel honeycomb worktable designed to ensure the best flatness over the entire work area in both abrasive waterjet cutting applications with hard and thick materials, and pure waterjet cutting applications with soft sheet materials.
