Vacuum, Pressure and Twinsheet Thermoforming


The new EIDOS HP thermoforming machine combines innovative sheet handling with advanced high-pressure forming technology. Available with manual or automatic sheet loading, it performs forming and unloading automatically, ensuring an efficient production workflow.
At the heart of the new model is a dedicated pressure forming system featuring an interlocking mechanism that securely locks the upper and lower tables together. Designed to withstand high forming pressures, this system enables the production of complex parts with precise detail and excellent surface definition.
The EIDOS HP also supports twin-sheet thermoforming, with a fully automatic sheet format adjustment system that requires no manual intervention.
This capability extends the machine’s versatility without compromising performance in vacuum or pressure forming, allowing manufacturers to combine multiple processes within a single production solution.
Quick tool changes, comprehensive diagnostics, network connectivity and the ability to apply both vacuum and pressure at the upper platen complete a versatile solution that builds on the EIDOS range’s established strengths, taking thermoforming performance to a new level.


• Extremely fast format changeovers with systems integrated in the software in both vacuum/pressure forming and twinsheet
• The frame can be entirely stored to speed up clamping frame adjustment even further
• All movements are motorized. The mold plate is equipped with a servo movement controlled by PC with stored speed and positioning information.
The patented mechanics work using two electronically coupled servomotors (gantry), ensuring quick and precise positioning of the mold and a high
level of pressure.
• The lower and upper mold table have gantry systems with coupled axes and ball screws equipped with short-stroke hydraulic coupling system
• Standard dimensions: from 1200 x 800 mm to 2500x1500mm

    The two tables are driven by an electric system that delivers high force and precise movement throughout the entire stroke. In the final stage of the stroke, the hydraulic system kicks in to increase the closing force to levels 3x higher than those of the previous model, ensuring top-level performance even with large formats.
