Electronic straight line edging machine

Straight line edging machine producing highly polished flat edge and arris profiles. Variable working speed according to the job. The machine is designed to allow servo-controlled movements relating to main working parameters. The Arris height and each single head are adjustable according to the grinding requirements. The glass edge can be modified thanks to a mechanical wheel of the in-feed conveyor height. Analogic ammeters allow a constant checking of power absorption and consequently correct running of each wheel.

Control panel

All necessary parameters to set a job program are shown by a digital display on the control panel: glass thickness, glassremoval, speed, worked meters, etc.
