Vertical arrising/grinding machine for raw and polished edge

Deltashape can arris, grind and polish rectangular and shaped glass sheets, with at least one straight edge; it is equipped with a double 3.5 KW operating unit that enable to work at the same time the superior and inferior side of the glass, increasing the production. On every operating unit can be installed a pack of co-axial wheels (up to 80 mm in thickness at whole).

Deltashape can execute the following work cycles:

• straight-line arrising;
• shaped arrising;
• straight-line measure grinding with the possibility of more steps and polishing;
• shaped measure grinding with the possibility of more steps and polishing.

Deltashape is equipped with OSAI numerical control, teleservice and barcode reader (option) and offers functionalities of a small working centre, capable of shaping glass sheets fro 3 to 22 mm in thickness and working treated glass (low-e).
